Communities where one dirty house stands out.

Bear is mostly nineties and two thousands development: Caravel Farms, Becks Woods, Fox Run, Sparrow Run and the streets around them. Two story colonials and townhome rows, vinyl siding almost everywhere, attached garages, and asphalt driveways that all went in within a few years of each other.

That similarity is the whole story here. When every house on a street was built to the same spec, the one that has not been washed is obvious from the corner. It is also why neighbors so often go in together, and why we are happy to price two or three houses on the same visit. The trucks are already set up and you both pay less than you would alone.

Vinyl in Bear is the straightforward version of our work. No stucco, no cedar, no historic brick to worry about. It is a soft wash on siding, soffits and trim, the gutter faces brightened at the same time, and the driveway and front walk cleaned while we are there.

The driveways are the other half. Asphalt laid in the late nineties is now at the stage where the surface is graying out and hairline cracks are opening. Sealing is running from $99, and in a development where everything is the same age, it is worth asking the neighbors.

What we see on houses in Bear

  1. 1

    Everything is the same age

Whole streets hit the sealcoating window at once. If your driveway looks tired, so does the rest of the block.

  2. 2

    Vinyl fencing going green

The shaded run behind the shed or along the tree line turns first. Vinyl needs low pressure, or the panels haze permanently.

  3. 3

    Townhome rows

Shared walls and shared fences make group pricing easy. We will work with a neighbor or an HOA on a single visit.

  4. 4

    Builder grade siding

Mass built vinyl holds algae early on the north side. It is cosmetic, it is normal, and it comes off.
